Sophie handles all customer enquiries at Lupno. Whether it's a question about your order, a return, or just advice on what might work best for you — she's the person you'll hear back from. She knows the products inside out and genuinely wants to help.

She and Paul started Lupno together, which means she's as invested in getting things right as anyone could be.
