Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value applies.
Order Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order at any time via our tracking page or directly at Track123.
Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We are unable to fulfil orders to addresses outside of the UK at this time, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Customs & Import
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and delivered to UK addresses. As a UK-based store selling to UK customers, no customs charges or import duties apply to your order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at team@lupno.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. We will not be able to open an investigation before this period has elapsed.
