Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Your Consumer Rights

Faulty or not as described goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015): If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.
